contain the phrase: ‘‘BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED OR DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.’’ Each regulated lead-acid battery must contain the
words: ‘‘LEAD,’’ ‘‘RETURN,’’ and ‘‘RECYCLE.’’ If the regulated battery is sealed, it must contain the phrase: ‘‘BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED.’’
