- 1. Neues Mundstück (Bestellnr. 83 25 250) auf die Mundstückaufnahme stecken (siehe Seite 2).
- 2. Taste ca.1 Sekunde gedrückt halten, bis der Startbildschirm angezeigt wird.
- 3. Nach ca. 4 Sekunden wird BEREIT angezeigt. Das Gerät ist messbereit.
- 4. Gleichmäßig und ohne Unterbrechung in das Mundstück pusten. Dabei nicht die Auslassöffnung des Mundstücks mit der Hand verschließen. Dabei ertönt ein Dauerton.

- 4.1 Prerequisites for use
- 4.2 Carrying out a breath sample
- 1. Insert a new mouthpiece (order no. 83 25 250) in the mouthpiece receptacle (see page 2).
- 2. Keep the button pressed for approx. 1 second until the startup screen is displayed.
- 3. READY is displayed after approx. 4 seconds. The instrument is ready to use.
- 4. Blow evenly and without interruptions into the mouthpiece. Do not cover the outlet opening on the mouthpiece with your hand. A continuous tone is sounded.

- 1. Veuillez placer un nouvel embout buccal (réf. 83 25 250) sur le logement de l'embout buccal (voir page 2).
- 2. Veuillez appuyer sur la touche pendant env. 1 seconde, jusqu'à ce que l'écran de démarrage s'affiche.
- 3. Le message PRÊT s'affiche après env. 4 secondes. L'appareil est prêt pour la mesure.

- 1. Colocar una boquilla nueva (n.º ref. 83 25 250) en el alojamiento de boquilla (véase página 2).
- 2. Mantener pulsada la tecla durante aprox. 1 segundo hasta que se muestre la pantalla de inicio.
- 3. Tras aprox. 4 segundos se mostrará LISTO. El dispositivo está listo para la medición.
- 4. Soplar uniformemente y sin interrupción por la boquilla. No tapar la abertura de salida de la boquilla con la mano. Se escuchará un tono continuo.

- 1. Col·loqueu un broquet nou (número de referència 83 25 250) a l'allotjament del broquet (consulteu la pàgina 2).
- 2. Manteniu el botó premut aprox. 1 segon fins que aparegui la pantalla inicial.

- 1. Inserir um bocal novo (nº de encomenda 83 25 250) no respectivo encaixe (veja a página 2).
- 2. Manter a tecla pressionada por aprox. 1 segundo até a tela inicial ser exibida.
- 3. Após aprox. 4 segundos, é indicado PRONTO. O dispositivo está operacional.
- 4. Soprar no bocal de modo uniforme e sem interrupções. Não tampar a abertura de descarga do bocal com a mão. É emitido um sinal acústico contínuo.

- 2. Houd de toets ca. 1 seconde ingedrukt, totdat het startscherm verschijnt.
- 3. Na ca. 4 seconden verschijnt KLAAR op het display. Het apparaat is klaar voor de meting.
- 4. Blaas gelijkmatig en zonder onderbreking in het mondstuk. Sluit daarbij de uitblaasopening van het mondstuk niet af. Er klinkt een permanent geluidssignaal.

- 1. Applicare un nuovo boccaglio (codice art. 83 25 250) sull'alloggiamento (vedi pagina 2).
- 2. Premere il tasto per 1 secondo circa finché si apre la schermata di avvio.
- 3. Dopo circa 4 secondi compare la scritta PRONTO. L'apparecchio è pronto per eseguire la misurazione.
- 4. Soffiare uniformemente e senza interruzioni nel boccaglio senza chiudere lo sbocco del boccaglio con la mano. Viene emesso un segnale acustico continuo.

4.1 Prerequisites for use
The instrument is factory-calibrated when delivered. If the calibration
date is longer ago than 12 months, the instrument should be calibrated,
e.g. by DrägerService. Optional: if the calibration date has been
exceeded, an error message is displayed after the startup screen.
After the last alcohol intake, wait approx. 15 minutes before a
measurement is carried out. Alcohol residues that are still in the mouth
may cause incorrect measuring values. This may also occur due to by
aromatic drinks (e.g. fruit juices), alcoholic mouth sprays, medicines
and drops, as well as by burping and vomiting. Rinsing the mouth with
water or non-alcoholic drinks does not replace the wait time!
