Position your leg with the ankle in a rested and relaxed position. Turn power ON the Pain
Therapy Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds, then use the remote
control to adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.
3. Calf Circulation Promoter Electrodes
Flip the electrodes inside out to expose the fabric electrode pads. Spray plenty of
conductive gel onto the entire surface of the 2 fabric electrode pads.
Flip the electrode back inside. Wear the electrodes with the fabric electrodes positioned
at the back of your calf muscles.
