Wrap the belt with the 2 fabric electrode pads against your lower back or the abdomen.
Velcro the belt tight against your body.
Insert the device and rotate it to the fixed position.
Position yourself in a rested and relaxed position. Turn power ON the Pain Therapy
Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds, then use the remote control to
adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.
