Sit with your lower back firmly against the Backrest Electrodes. Be sure your bare skin is
in full contact with the 2 fabric electrode pads.
For extra comfort, inflate the lumbar support.
Sit with your back in a rested and relaxed position. Turn power ON the Pain Therapy
Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds, then use the remote control to
adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.
