Spray plenty of conductive gel on the 2 fabric electrode pads at the back of the Neck
Comforter.
Note:
The fabric electrode pads must make full contact with the bare skin at the back of
your neck.
Place the Neck Comforter with the fabric electrode pads positioned at the back of your neck.
