Spray plenty of conductive gel onto the entire surface of the fabric electrodes on the 2
Leg Rests.
Lay down face up on your bed, place your 2 bare legs on the 2 Leg Rests during the
treatment.
Note:
Bare skin of both legs must contact both electrode pads on the 2 Leg Rests in
order to work.
Turn power ON the Pain Therapy Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds,
then use the remote control to adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.
