For extra comfort and support, inflate the Knee Band.
Position your knee in a rested and relaxed position. Turn power ON the Pain Therapy
Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds, then use the remote control to
adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.

Remove any metal necklace and lower your shirt collar to bare the skin on the back of
your neck and upper shoulders.
