Place the Neck Pain Pro with the electrode pads connected to the skin at the back of your
neck. You can do the treatment sitting up or laying down. If laying down, lay face up on
the Neck Pain Pro with the electrodes against the bare skin at the back of your neck and
upper shoulders. If sitting, position your neck in a rested and relaxed position.
Turn power ON the Pain Therapy Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds,
then use the remote control to adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.
