Insert the Pain Therapy device onto the Perfect Back Relief system and rotate it to the
fixed position.
Spray plenty of conductive gel over the entire surface of the 2 Fabric electrodes.
Lift the back of your shirt to expose the bare skin of your lower back.
Note: The Fabric electrodes must be connected to the bare skin of your lower back to work.
