Sit with the skin of your lower back resting firmly against the 2 electrodes on the Perfect
Back Rest.
Turn power ON the Pain Therapy Device by holding down the (M) button for 1~2 seconds,
then use the remote control to adjust the intensity to your comfort level and enjoy.
26. Pain Therapy Shirt
Spray plenty of conductive gel onto the entire surface of the Fabric electrode pads in the shirt.
Put on the Pain Relief Shirt on your upper body with the fabric electrodes positioned
against the bare skin of your lower back and the back of your upper shoulders. All 4
electrodes on the shirt are purposely positioned to provide treatment to the back of your
upper shoulders and for your lower back only. Do not put the shirt on backwards with the
electrodes against your abdomen or you will feel stimulation at your abdomen and not on
your lower back.
