For treatment of the lower back, use the 2 Velcro straps on the waist area of the shirt to
pull the electrode pads firmly against the bare skin on your lower back.
For treatment of your upper shoulders, use the 2 Velcro straps on the upper shoulder
areas of the shirt to pull the 2 fabric electrodes firmly against the bare skin of your upper
shoulders.
