5. STORAGE
Please keep the device from the reach of infants, children or pets, inhalation or
swallowing of small parts is dangerous or may even be fatal.
6. TROUBLE SHOOTING

I don’t feel
anything.
Is the Pain Therapy Device sitting
in the right position inside the
harness?
Insert the device into the harness
so the 2 pairs of metal connectors
are connected.
Are both electrodes firmly
touching your skin.
2 electrode pads must be
touching your skin in order to feel
the stimulation.
Is the Pain Therapy Device
battery depleted?
Recharge the Pain Therapy
device with the adapter included
before use.
The sensation
is weak even
with intensity
turned up.
Fabric electrodes must be moist
with conductive gel to work.
Spray plenty of conductive gel
onto the fabric electrodes.
Moisten your skin with some
conductive gel also helps.
Sticky patch electrodes must be
moist and sticky to work. If dirty or
used more than 30 times, they
should be replaced.
Replace sticky patch electrode
pads if they are dirty, non-sticky
or if used more than 30 times.
Does the Pain Therapy Device
need to be recharged?
Use the adapter provided,
recharge the Pain Therapy
Device before use.
The stimulation
feels
uncomfortable
with pins and
needles
sensations.
Are there any scratches, cuts,
blemishes, pimples, blisters,
swelling or other issues with your
skin?
Wait until your skin is fully healed
before resuming treatment. Do
not treat an area with open skin
or have other skin issues.
