Did you shaved the skin recently
which can cause micro cuts on
your skin?
Do not shave the skin a few days
before treatment.
The stimulation
feels weak and
uncomfortable
with pins &
needles
sensations.
Are the electrodes wet with
conductive gel, or are they too
dry?
Spray plenty of conductive gel
onto the fabric electrodes.
Are the patch electrodes dirty, dry
or used more than 30 times?
Replace dirty, old patch
electrodes that are used more
than 30 times.
I cannot turn the
power ON or
OFF the Pain
Therapy
Device.
The Pain Therapy Device will not
turn ON when recharging?
When the device is fully charged,
unplug it from the recharging
adapter first before use.
To Power ON.
Press and hold the (M) button on
the Pain Therapy Device for 2
seconds.
Note: The power cannot be
turned ON using the remoter
control.
Press and hold down the (M)
button on the Pain Therapy
Device for 2 seconds to turn it
ON.
Note: The power cannot be
turned ON using the remoter
control.
To Power OFF.
Press and hold the (M) button for
2 seconds on the Pain Therapy
Device or on the Remote Control.
Press and hold the (M) button for
2 seconds on the Remote Control
or on the Pain Therapy Device to
power OFF.
Indicator lights
on the Pain
Therapy
Device.
1 or 2 Solid Green Lights On
Device is ON.
Intensity level at zero.
Mode One: 1 green light on.
Mode Two: 2 green lights on.
Mode Three: 1 green light on.
1 Flashing Yellow Light
Intensity level from level 1 to 29.
Flashing in sync with stimulation.
2 Flashing Yellow Lights.
Intensity level 30, the maximum.
Flashing in sync with stimulation.
Flashing Green & Beeping Noise.
Bad connection between the
metal connectors in harness.
Adjust the position to ensure
good connection.
