One or two electrodes are not
firmly connected to your skin. Be
sure both electrodes are firmly
touching your skin.
Solid White light On.
Device is connected to
recharging adapter. Cannot be
used for treatment while
recharging.
Blue Light On.
When using the Remote Control,
the Blue Light on the Pain
Therapy device to come On,
indicating the connection is
working.
The treatment
has stopped
before 30
minutes.
Pain Therapy Device needs to be
recharged.
Normally, the device will turn OFF
automatically after around 30
minutes of treatment.
Use the adapter provided and
recharge the Pain Therapy device
before use.
Device will not work while being
recharging.
The skin under
where I place
the electrode
has turned red
and/or itches or
prickles
It is normal for the skin to turn
slightly red after treatment due to
increase circulation in the area.
If you are prone to skin allergies
or have severe redness, swelling
and discomfort after treatment,
check with your doctor for skin
allergies to conductive gel or
electrodes.
Do not put electrodes on skin with
any cuts or openings. Try placing
the electrodes on a different area.
If problem continues, stop
treatment for a few days before
resuming treatment. Find out if
you have a skin allergy issue
before continuation of treatment.
Remote Control
don’t work.
Battery is depleted.
Replace the battery in the
Remote Control.
New Remote has not being set up
to work with the Pain Therapy
Device.
Hold down the (M) button on the
Remote Control, then hold down
the (M) button on the Pain
Therapy device to connect the
two. Press any button on the
Remote and you should see the
blue light ON on the Pain Therapy
device.
