Authorised returns should be prepaid and must be insured. All Drawmer products are
packa

ed in speciall

desi

ned containers for protection. If the unit is to be returned,
the ori
g
inal container must be used. If this container is not available, then the equipment
should be packa
g
ed in substantial shock-proof material, capable of withstandin
g
the
handlin
g
for the transit.
