Preparation 1. Prior to installation, examine all boxes and packages for shipping damage and compare the piece count with the packing slip. After opening all boxes and packages read this introduction carefully. Check that all of the necessary parts are included in the package by checking off the components on the “Parts Diagram”. If the unit has been damaged, has a finishing defect, or has missing parts, please contact our customer support department within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Installation steps (Left-hand L-Bar™ installation shown as an example) 1. Position the L-Bar™ assembly (#03) onto the Panel Glass or Hinge Panel Glass as shown (Fig 1.1) Level and mark the L-Bar™ position on the wall. Remove the Wall Plate (#06) from the L-Bar™ (Fig 1.2). Position the Wall Plate (#06) onto the marks on the wall. Mark the holes for drilling through the wider, untapped holes (Fig 1.3). Drill two Ø5/16”(8mm) holes and insert the Ø5/16” Wall anchors (#05). (Fig 1.

3. Adjust the Panel Glass to plumb and tighten the screws. Attach the Decorative Cover (#04). Secure the L-Bar™ (#03) to the top of the Panel Glass using the PVC vinyl (either the 1mm or 0.5mm ) on the outside surface of the glass and the rubber-tipped set screws on the inside surface. Product Maintenance BASES and BACKWALLS: To ensure long lasting life for your acrylic back walls: wipe them off after each use with a soft cloth. To clean the acrylic back walls use non-abrasive sprays or cream based cleaners. Avoid the use of aerosol spray cleaners. Never use abrasive cleansers, metal brushes or scrapers that could scratch or dull the surface. GLASS: To ensure long lasting life for your glass shower products: wipe them off after each use with a soft cloth.
