Installation Preparation INSTALLATION STEPS What is a Quick-Connect Fitting System? RO Shut-off Adapter and Metal Tee assembly A: Each qucik connect fitting system consists of Blue collar clip and a lock sleeve, as shown in Figure A-1. 1)Wrap the RO Shut-off Valve Adapter`s threads with supplied white PTFE tape and install the adapter onto the Metal Pipe Tee. 2)Connect the Blue Tubing and carefully tighten the silver screw-cap to fasten the Blue Tubing, as shown in Figure A-3.
RO Faucet Installation DRAIN SADDLE VALVE INSTALLATION 1)Insert the Two Black Rubber O-Ring onto the chrome plate and install the plate onto the RO Faucet as a faucet base, as shown in Figure A-4. 1)Using a 1/4-inch bit to drill a 1/4-inch hole on the drain pipe that fits 1/4-Inch Black Tubing. 2)Install and fasten the Drain Saddle Valve onto the drain pipe and connects the Black RO Tubing, as shown in Figure A-5.
Set Up Storage tank and Tank Shut-off Valve installation 1)Remove the Blue Cap from the pressure tank, install the Water Tank Control Valve, as shown in Figure A-7. 2)Connect the other end of the Red RO Tubing into the Water Tank Control Valve,as shown in Figure A-7. Yellow RO Tubing Connection: Blue Cap 1)Remove the Blue Collar Clip, pull the Yellow Protective Cap out of the L-Shaped quick connector.
