SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Specification And Performance Data
(The maintenance frequency entirely depends on
the local water quality.)
How to change Reverse Osmosis Membrane
1)Reverse Osmosis Membranes usually need to be replaced every 2 years.
2)Remove the connected White RO Tubing, then use supplied wrench to unlock the RO
Membrane Cap, as shown in Figure A-8.
3)Get the RO Membrane out of the sealed package and insert it inside the RO Membrane
housing. Put the cap back on, re-connect the White RO Tubing, direction as shown in
Figure A-8.
4)Install the filter housing back onto the RO system. First turn on the Flush Valve, then turn on the
Water Shut-off Valve.
5)Flush the new filters for over 15 minutes to condition the new replaced filters, then turn off the
Flush Valve.
How to change the inline cartridges
1)Post Carbon Cartridges usually need to be replaced every 12 months.
2)Check the Water Flow indicator on the filter body before unplug the White
RO Tubing, as shown in Figure A-10.
3)Unscrew the quick connector, and install them on the new cartridges after removing the plastic
shrink wrap.
How to use the Flush-Valve
1)Flush Valve helps to clean the RO Membrane by
flushing out the stopped particles, impurities to
extend the RO Membrane‘s service life.
2)Keep the Flush Valve on during the installation;
keep the Flush Valve off during the daily use.
