Maintaining Your DRINKPOD

Replacing Your DRINKPOD 6’s Filters

Your DRINKPOD 6 lters should be changed every 1000 gallons (approximately 6 - 12

months for the typical user).If you wish to change them individually to obtain the maximum

usage of each, you may reference the table below for their individual lifespans.

For this step, you will need a towel and a container to catch water.

1. Shuto water ow to your appliance by turning the blue handle on the

1/4 in. Quick Connect Shuto Valve (see Installation Guide) connected to your

DRINKPOD’s

Water Input Port located at the back of the appliance.

IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THIS STEP, WATER WILL SPRAY EVERYWHEER

WHEN YOU REMOVE THE FILTERS.

2. Next, place your container underneath the dispensers, and press

Cold Dispense Paddle and

Child Safety Lock +

Hot Dispense Paddle

until water stops owing to de-pressurize the system.

3. Empty your container of water.

4. Grab the

Removable Filter Cabinet Panel by its sides and pull it away from the

front of the appliance to remove it.

5. Place a towel below the lter hub to catch any water that drips out.

6. To remove the lters from the lter hub, twist each roughly 45 degrees counterclockwise,

replacing each with the corresponding new lter as you go (to ensure they are replaced

in the correct order).

7. Open the

1/4 in. Quick Connect Shuto Valve, to enable water ow.

8. For the best experience, place your container below the dispensers again, and proceed

to dispense water from each of the dispense modes ushing the full capacity of each

tank, as shown below.
