ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Steps to be taken in case material is released or spilled:
Material is alkaline. Qualified individuals who have read the Tech Data Sheets and MSDS should conduct these procedures. Persons not wearing
protective clothing should be distanced from the area.
Spill- Liquid spills may be slippery. Wash small spills to sanitary sewer. Large Spills - Absorb with an inert material and place in an appropriate waste

release to soil or waters of the State, immediate notice to local regulatory authorities is required.
Section 7
HANDLING & STORAGE MEASURES
General Handling:
Store upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area in tightly closed containers.
Keep container closed when not in use. Do not store in aluminum, fiberglass, copper, brass, zinc or galvanized containers.
Use with adequate ventilation.
Wash thoroughly after handling.
FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY
Ventilation:
General mechanical room ventilation is expected to be satisfactory if handled at low temperatures or in covered equipment.
Local ventilation is needed in the presence of airborne mists.
Minimum temperature allowed during storage and transportation: 15%°C%(59%°F)
Do not allow product to freeze.
Maximum temperature allowed during storage and transportation: 50%°C%(122%°F)
Temperature limit to maintain product quality.
Section 8
EXPOSURE CONTROL & PERSONAL PROTECTION
Ventilation: Use with adequate ventilation. Keep containers closed. Safety shower and eyewash fountain should be within direct access.
Respiratory Protection: Protection not usually required. Use respirator protection where spray mist occurs. Observe OSHA regulations for respirator use (29 C.F. R
1910.134)
Eye Protection: Safety glasses with side shields or chemical safety goggles.
Skin Protection: Wear body-covering protective clothing and gloves.
Other Personal Protection -
Additional protective clothing not normally required. If desired, provide eye bath and safety shower.
