Table 21. Remove and Replace a Battery
STEP
ACTION
1.
Push and hold the battery latch to disengage the locking bar and slide the battery
pack away from the computer case.
2.
To install a battery, place the flat surface of the battery on the compartment tray
with the locking slots facing toward the computer.
3.
Push and hold the battery latch and slide the battery toward the computer until
the locking bar engages and the battery is flush against the compartment wall.
4.
Release the battery latch to lock the battery in place.
