1 Salt stick
2 Salted pretzels
2 packages of baking mixture
250 ml whipping cream or white frosting
Mixed sweets - chewing sweets, wine gums, sugar pearl necklaces,
chocolate coins, other small sweets, mini-chocolate covered candy
1. Bake the cake in a cake tin according to the instructions on the package.
2. Allow the cake to cool, cut the top part off with the Sonic Blade and set aside.
3. Using the Sonic Blade, remove the inside of the remaining cake.
4. (This piece can be cut into slices and then served to children as a fun snack).
Smear the entire bottom with whipped cream or icing (including the inside of the
cake) and the top part of the cake.
5. Cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
6. Before serving, ll the inside of the cake with the candies. Set the top part of the
cake diagonally on top of the candies (so that it looks like an open treasure chest).
With the help of the salt stick (cut into three pieces), mount the top part of the
cake. Decorate the chest with the mini chocolate coated candies and liquorice.
As a nishing touch, use the 2 salted pretzels as handles.
7. FUN TIP: Use your imagination in decorating the chest. Be creative and have fun!
