Tape a sign to the panel warning others to leave the circuit alone while you work. Before touching any wire, use a voltage tester to make sure it’s not live.

FIXTURE INSTALLATION J A A D B E F Fasten the mounting strip (A) onto the outlet box using 2 outlet box screws (D). Screw the threaded tube (B) into mounting strip (A). Using the lock washer (E) and one hex nut (F), secure the threaded tube (B) in place. This threaded tube (B) should extend long enough to protrude through the canopy when it is mounted. (Adjust as needed) J Press the button under the canopy (J), where the steel wire comes out to adjust the steel wires to the desired length.

FIXTURE INSTALLATION FIXTURE INSTALLATION H A B K J F G Cover the ends of the wires with the wire connectors (H). Tape the wire connector (H) and wire together. Carefully position all wirings inside outlet box. Place the canopy (J) over the outlet box, let the threaded tube (B) come through the hole of the canopy (J) then tighten the remaining hex nut (F) and finial (G) to the protruding threaded tube (B) on mounting strip (A) until the canopy is held firmly against the ceiling.

MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING Product maintenance: To clean the fixture, first disconnect power to the fixture by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at fuse box. Next, use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth (use clean water, never a solvent) to wipe the exterior surface of the fixture. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, harsh abrasives, or solvents. Use only a dry soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully. Troubleshooting Problem Possible Cause The bulb will not light.
