workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. There are no other express or implied warranties.
Digital Theater Systems, Inc.’s obligation is restricted to repair and replacement of defective parts. Under
no circumstances will Digital Theater Systems, Inc. be liable for any other damage, either direct or
consequential.
