HDM90 OPERATION HD Radio™ AM/FM Tuner Operation Overview The HDM90 HD Radio Tuner receives both analog and digital radio stations. Once connected, the HDM90 provides a higher quality digital version of many existing radio stations, and enables extra HD2 and HD3 FM radio stations called multicast channels. Analog to Digital Blending Once an HD Radio station is selected, the HD Radio logo will flash in the display for about 5 seconds, indicating that the signal is blending from analog to digital.
HDM90 OPERATION HD Radio™ AM/FM Tuner Operation Setting Multicast Presets Recalling Multicast Presets Multicast channels can be set as a preset radio station (1-6) just like analog radio stations, by holding the button for desired preset number down for about 3 seconds. Presets may be set in any band: FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1 or AM2. A saved preset multicast channel can be recalled by momentarily pressing the desired preset button.
HDM90 OPERATION HD Radio™ AM/FM Tuner Operation iTunes® Tagging The iTunes Tagging feature of the HDM90 allows the user to "Tag" songs that are playing on HD Radio stations and enables them to be purchased later through iTunes.
