theoriginalpurchasertobefreefromdefectsin
materialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone
yearfromthedateoftheoriginalpurchase.
DualElectronicsCorp.agrees,atouroption,
duringthewarrantyperiod,torepairanydefect
inmaterialorworkmanshiportofurnishan
equalnew,renewedorcomparableproduct
(whicheverisdeemednecessary)inexchange
withoutcharges,subjecttoverificationofthe
defectormalfunctionandproofofthedateof
purchase.Subsequentreplacementproducts
arewarrantedforthebalanceoftheoriginal
warrantyperiod.

purchasedfromanauthorizedDualdealer.

defectsinmaterialandworkmanshipin
thisproduct.Thefollowingarenotcovered:
software,installation/removalcosts,damage
resultingfromaccident,misuse,abuse,neglect,
productmodification,improperinstallation,
incorrectlinevoltage,unauthorizedrepairor
failuretofollowinstructionssuppliedwiththe
product,ordamageoccurringduringreturn
