Warranty Information

LIMITED (STATEMENT OF DURATION) WARRANTY
DUALIT Limited warrants this product to the original consumer purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship, under normal household use and conditions, for a period of one year from the date of original
consumer purchase. During the warranty period, subject to proof of purchase (copy of checks), any such defect will be
repaired, or at our option, the product will be replaced with the same or a similar model, without charge for labor and
materials. Shipping costs are not included.
Only DUALIT Service Centers are authorized to perform warranty services. To request a warranty service, return the
product prepaid to the DUALIT Service Center nearest you. A list of the Service Centers appears below.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, or any product with has been subject to
commercial use, accident, misuse, abuse, use in violation of operating instructions, alteration, or repair or
attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized DUALIT Service Center. All warranties implied by law,
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this
written warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential
damages, so such limitations and exclusions above may not apply to you.
