THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS
WARRANTY. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Some states do
