DFI-8511 HEATER/BLOWER ASSEMBLY

REPLACEMENT MANUAL

1.Unscrew 6 screws holding the back panel

and remove it.

3. Unscrew 5 screws holding the heater/blower

assembly box and remove it, then unscrew

4 screws holding heater/blower assembly.

5. Cut the 3 Power cords as above picture showing,

after replace new heater/blower assembly, peel

off each power cords in 16mm and twist them,

then pack with

8*40 sleeve or

Ф

10*40 sleeve.

6.Plugged back the cables to PCB. Follow above

steps in reverse to install the new heater/blower

assembly. Completed the replacement.

4. Cut the zip tie to tie the wires.

2. Unplug 3 plugs from PCB as above picture

showing.
