• Indoor and outdoor connection wire

• Drain hose
• Pipe and cable wrapping tape
• Wall hole sleeve and cover
• Putty
• Suspension bolts and necessary hardware to hang indoor unit (if necessary)
• Wiring u-lugs

• Burr reamer
• Crescent or spanner wrench
• Hexagonal wrench set
• Torque wrench
• Hammer
• Wire strippers
• Wire crimper
