8. Troubleshooting
Does a fault exist? As soon this question arises, please refer to this chapter section
carefully and try out the potential solutions described in the following. If your unit does
still not work properly, please contact your local customer service. Have the article and
serial number ready. These can be found on the label on the back of your SensoWash
®
.
Before starting to establish whether there is a fault with the unit, please check the
following:
1. Make sure that the power supply is working.
1.1 Is there a power failure?
1.2 Has the FI circuit breaker tripped?
2. Make sure the water supply is working.
2.1 Is the water supply disconnected?

Indicator lamps and alarm function
The buzzer emits
