12.3 Setting the blade position

Prerequisite:

• The machine is in the programming mode, the LED in the Ready button

is off.

1. Press and hold the Memory button for 6 seconds.

 The controller beeps 2x; the LED in the button illuminates.

The Program display shows the parameter numbers; the Function

display shows the values.

2. Press the +/- Program buttons and select parameter U099.

3. Press the Ready button to confirm the parameter.

 The LED in the button illuminates. The Program display shows "°°20".

4. Press button P1.

 The thread trimmer sensor disk travels to position.

5. Check to see if the hole of the thread puller blade and the needle guide

of the throat plate are aligned:
