5.5.5 Switches for the Upper Thread Catcher Controls

ATTENTION !

Before commissioning the machine all switches must be

set as described below.

Switch b4

Safety switch b1 is bypassed by the operation of switch b4.

The machine, with

open cloth clamps,

can only be started in its end position.

In the end position the switching piece 1 must turn on the switch b4 and hold it

operative.

Bring the machine in its end position (see chapter 2.3).

The end position is reached when the cloth clamps are automatically opened.

Set the switching piece 1 under the material support plate and switch b4 on the

control curve housing accordingly.
