DURO-LAST® 2-INCH DRAIN ADAPTER

Description:

Duro-Last® prefabricated 2-inch (51 mm) Drain

Adapters are fabricated from Duro-Last specially

formulated roofing membrane and a ¼ inch (6.3 mm)

thick compression ring made from recycled

membrane. Drain Adapters may be used for circular

or small rectangu lar roof drains and are useful in

reroof applications. They are available in white, tan,

gray, dark gray and terra cotta as well as in the

Designer Series membranes (slate gray Shingle-Ply

,

sandstone Shingle-Ply

 and Rock-Ply) and are

usually ordered to match the roof membrane.

Installation:

1. The Drain Adapter shall be heat welded (hot-air) to

the field membrane.

2. Install 8 fasteners, spaced equally around the

Drain Adapter, to secure the ¼ inch (6.35 mm)

thick compression ring, through the field

membrane and sealant, to the deck.

3. Refer to detail 2050 for additional information.

Note:

 This product cannot be used on drains larger than

2 inches (51 mm) in diameter.

 Drain Adapters are manufactured from Duro-Last

roofing membrane and shall be furnished by

Duro-Last, Inc.
