Juicing
1. Please make sure the juicer is fully assembled correctly, in order to avoid
damage to both the machine and user.
2. Before juicing, make sure the juicing sieve and rotor is clutched in position
and nothing is blocking the juicing sieve and transparent cover. Put the
transparent cover on, push the locking handle into the cover slot and then turn
on the machine.
3. Turn on power supply and switch the machine on to let it run unloaded for 5
seconds. Place prepared vegetables or fruits into feed port of the juicer, press
down evenly and slowly with the pushing bar.
4. Please press down gently in order to attain maximum juice. Too much
pressure will result in less juice due to the fruit/veg being harshly forced
through the sieve.
Food Preparation
1. The best result will be obtained if you juice really fresh produce, as foods
which have been stored for any period of time will contain less juice.
As a general guidline, you do not need to peel any fruit or vegetables which
have skin you would normally eat. However, we do recommend washing
all food before it is juiced, as the majority of commercially grown fruits and
vegetables are sprayed with fertilzers and insecticides that could alter the
taste of your juice.
2. Certied organic vegetables are guaranteed not to contain chemical residue
but should still be washed.
3. Always trim off any blemishes.
4. Scrub carrots and other root vegetables with a brush to remove any dirt.
5. Remove the skin from thick skinned fruit such as melon and pineapple.
6. Remove stones from cherries, peaches, nectarines and avocados etc.
7. Leafy herbs and vegetables should be rolled tightly when juiced.
