How to use the control button
Press VOL – or + on the button to adjust
the volume.
In the menu setting window or folder
selection window, press
W or 7 on the
button to change the menu settings or to
select the folder you want, and then press
the center button (ENT) to conrm the
setting.
In the FM reception window, press
W or 7
to tune in a station, or to select a preset
number.

Connect the supplied or commercially
available stereo headphones to the
J (headphone) jack. If unwanted noise is
heard, wipe the headphones plug clean.

Displays the microphone sensitivity.
(high) : To record at a meeting or
in a quiet/spacious place.
(low) : To record for dictation or in
a noisy place.
Alarm indicator
Appears when the alarm is set for a
message.
Recording mode indicator
Displays the recording mode set
using the menu when the IC recorder
is in the stop mode, and displays
the current recording mode when
the IC recorder is in the playback or
recording mode.
