properuseandwarrantycoverage.Amountandfrequencyofmaintenancevariesgreatlydependingon
thetypeofweatherconditionstheunitisexposedto.Whentheunitbeginstoappearweatheredor
dirty,basiccleaningmayberequired.Rinsethesurfacewithcleanwatertoremovedebrisontheunit.
Usemildsoapandwatertocleanbuildupandexcessdebrisfromtheunit.DoNOTuseabrasive
scrubbingpadstocleantheunit.Theuseofabrasivepadscouldcausepermamentdamagetothe
powdercoatfinish.Yourmailboxisprotectedwitharust‐resistantpowdercoatpaint.Inordertoretain
thefinishofyourunit,periodicallycleanyourunitasdescribedabove,andcoatyourunitwithahigh
qualityautomotivewax.

