To Check the UPnP Device Host services are running:
1.) Click (Start) and type in the Search programs and files field “services” and
then select Services from the displayed Programs.
The Services manager dialog appears.
2.) In the Services manager, scroll down the list to UPnP Device Host and verify it shows
the status “Started”. If it doesn’t display “Started”, right mouse click and select Start
from the shortcut menu.
