CHARACTERISTICS
DYCO® EPOXY-TITE™ is an interior/exterior waterborne
1-part epoxy to provide a low sheen, protective nish on
concrete surfaces usually found in driveways, garages,
walkways, patios and pool decks. EPOXY-TITE’s durable
epoxy acrylic formula resists hot tire pick-up, fading, scuff-
ing and cracking.

SPECIAL NOTES
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT MUST DRY FOR 8 HOURS BE-
FORE APPLYING ANY FINISH COAT. Existing painted sur-
faces must be cleaned and deglossed. Not recommended
for wood decks.
SLIPPERY WHEN WET
If the surface to be coated is exposed to water from rain,
sprinklers, pools or by other means or if the surface is
an inclined plane, such as a ramp or if concrete steps
are being coated, Dyco recommends mixing SKID GARD
#45 at 0.2lbs per gallon. If SKID GARD #45 is not avail-
able, see your paint specialist for a recommendation of
a suitable aggregate to be used at 0.2lbs per gallon. Stir
vigorously to suspend SKID GARD #45 in the container
before application.
