Compare parts with package contents list on previous page and hardware contents above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. 1 Put two leg end caps (M) under left leg assembly (L), and fasten them with two ST4.8X10 screws (AA). L Hardware Used AA ST4.8x10 Screw 2. M AA x2 Slide the axle (T) through the right leg assembly (S) and then put the wheels (U) on both sides. Tighten the wheels with M10 nuts (BB) with M10-M6 wrenches (CC). Please note, this step requires two people to complete, and if necessary any other plier or adjustable wrench can be used for assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Use M6x16 bolts to assemble cart front panel upper (P) and cart front panel - lower (Q) between left leg assembly (L) and right leg assembly (S). Please note the cart front panel - lower’s (Q) direction, the side with rivet nut in the middle should be downward. 3 P S L DD Hardware Used DD 4. M6x16 Bolt x8 Use four M6X16 bolts (DD) to fasten the bottom shelf’s front bracket assembly (W), bottom shelf’s rear bracket assembly (B) and bottom shelf (V).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Assemble bottom shelf assembly to the left leg assembly (L) and right leg assembly (S) with four M6X16 bolts (DD). 5 L S DD Hardware Used DD M6x16 Bolt x4 Bottom Shelf Assembly 6. Use four M6x16 bolts (DD) to fasten the cart rear support (O) to the left and right leg assembly. Please note the cart rear support’s (O) direction, the side with the rivet nut in the middle should be upward.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 7. Assemble the hood handle (A) to the hood with two Wingnuts (FF) and two spring washers (GG) and two M6 washers (HH). 7 A HH GG FF Hardware Used 8. FF M6 Wingnut x2 GG M6 Spring Washer x2 HH M6 Washer x2 Assemble the temp gauge (C) onto the hood. Please use the washer and wing nut pre-assembled with temp gauge to install the temp gauge (C) onto the hood.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 9. Assemble the grill body assembly (D) onto the cart assembly with four M6x16 bolts (DD). 9 D Hardware Used DD 10. M6x16 Bolt Pre-assemble two M6x16 bolts (DD) onto the grill body assembly (D) and do not tighten them. Make sure to leave a 5mm gap between the bolt and grill body’s end cap. Then hang the left side table assembly (K) on the bolts and fasten the left side table assembly (K) with three M6x16 bolts (DD) and tighten all bolts.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 11. Pre-assemble two M6x16 bolts (DD) onto the grill body assembly (D) and do not tighten them. Make sure to leave a 5mm gap between the bolt and grill body’s end cap. Then hang the right side table assembly (R) on the bolts and fasten the right side table assembly (R) with three M6x16 bolts (DD) and tighten all bolts. 11 R 5mm Hardware Used DD 12.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 17. Place gas cylinder (sold separately) into the nesting hole located in the bottom shelf (V). Rotate the gas cylinder until the hose/regulator coupling aligns with the threaded valve of the cylinder. Hand-tighten the hose/regulator coupling to the threaded valve of the LP gas cylinder. 17 Tighten the tank screw clockwise in the bottom shelf (V) until the cylinder is secured in place inside the nesting hole of the bottom shelf (V).

Utiliser le boulons M6x16 (DD) pour assembler le panneau avant supérieur du chariot (P), et le panneau avant inférieur du chariot (Q) entre la patte gauche d’assemblage (L) et la patte droite d’assemblage (S). S`il-vous-plaît utiliser la rondelle et écrou à ailettes pré-assemblé avec gauge à temperature (C) sur le capot.
INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’ASSEMBLAGE 9. Monter la pièce d’assemblage de la structure du barbecue sur la pièce d’assemblage (D) du chariot avec quatre boulons M6x6 (DD). 9 D Quincaillerie utilisée DD 10. M6x16 Boulon Monter d’avance deux boulons M6x16 (DD) sur la structure du barbecue (D) et ensuite de ne pas les resserrer et puis de s’assurer de laisser une ouverture de 5mm entre le boulon et l’embout de la structure du barbecue.

Monter d’avance deux boulons M6x16 (DD) sur la structure du barbecue (D) et ensuite de ne pas les resserrer et puis de s’assurer de laisser une ouverture de 5mm entre le boulon et l’embout de la structure du barbecue. Ensuite laisser pendre le côté droit de la table d’assemblage (R) sur les boulons et fixer le côté droite de la table d’assemblage (R) avec trois boulons M6x16 (DD) et puis resserrer tous les boulons. 11 R 5mm Quincaillerie utilisée DD 12.

Tournez la bouteille de gaz afin de pouvoir raccorder le tuyau/détendeur à la valve filetée de la bouteille de PL (propane liquide). Serrez à la main le raccordement du tuyau/détendeur à la valve filetée de la bouteille du PL.
