INSTALLATION FLOOR APPLICATION The heater is for floor mounting. Place the heater on floor or other flat surface and insert plug into the proper wall outlet. WALL OR CEILING MOUNTING The EG4800DG and EG5600DG garage heaters include a wall / ceiling mounting bracket. The bracket should be mounted to a structure that is capable of supporting the combined weight of the heater and the bracket.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING AND STORAGE The heater should be cleaning twice for a year. Turn thermostat off and remove plug from electrical outlet and make sure that the heating element of the heater is cool before cleaning heater. Use a soft cloth for dusting. For cleaning, use only a damp rag and non-abrasive dish detergent. Do not use abrasive chemical cleaners as these may harm the finish.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM Unit is not heating. Garage heater emits a burning smell ROOT CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION The overheat protection has activated. Inspect the garage heater and check that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked as this may cause overheating. Switch off the circuit breaker to the garage heater for 30 minutes and allow it to cool down. Turn the power back on and operate.

INSTALACIÓN USO EN PISO El calefactor es para colocarlo sobre el piso. Coloque el calefactor sobre el piso u otra superficie plana e inserte elenchufe en el tomacorriente de pared. MONTAJE PARA TECHO Los modelos EG4800DG y EG5600DG vienen con un soporte de montaje para techo. Este soporte debe montarse en una enstructura que sea apta para sostener el peso del soporte y del calefactor juntos. Preferentemente el soporte debería fijarse a una viga del techo con tornillería de montaje adecuada.
MANTENIMIENTO LIMPIEZA Y ALMACENAMIENTO Se debe limpiar el calefactor dos veces por año. Gire el termostato a la posición de apagado y retire el enchufe del tomacorriente, asegúrese de que el elemento calefactor esté frío antes de iniciar la limpieza del calefactor. Utilice un paño suave para quitar el polvo de la unidad. Para la limpieza, utilice solo un trapo húmedo y detergente para vajilla no abrasivo.
SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS PROBLEMA La unidad no está calentando El calefactor de garaje emite un olor a quemado RAÍZ DEL PROBLEMA MEDIDA CORRECTIVA La protección de sobrecalentamiento se ha activado. Inspeccione el calefactor de garaje y revise que las entradas y salidas de aire no estén bloqueadas ya que esto puede causar sobrecalentamiento. Apague el interruptor principal del circuito del calefactor de garaje durante 30 minutos y deje que se enfríe. Enciéndalo nuevamente y póngalo en funcionamiento.

INSTALLATION UTILISATION AU SOL L’aérotherme est conçu pour être installé au sol. Placez l’aérotherme au sol ou sur une autre surface plane et insérez la fiche d’alimentation électrique dans une prise murale adéquate. INSTALLATION AU PLAFOND Un support de fixation à plofond est fourni avec les appareils EG4800DG et EG5600DG.
INSTRUCTIONS D’ENTRETIEN NETTOYAGE ET ENTREPOSAGE L’aérotherme devrait être nettoyé deux fois par année. Éteignez le thermostat et retirez la fiche de la prise électrique. Assurez-vous que l’élément chauffant de l’aérotherme est froid avant de nettoyer l’appareil. Utilisez un chiffon doux pour l’épousseter. Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon humide et un détergent à vaisselle non abrasif. N’utilisez pas de nettoyants abrasifs et chimiques, car ils pourraient endommager le fini.
DÉPANNAGE PROBLÈME L’appareil ne chauffe pas Le radiateur de garage émet une odeur de brûlé CAUSE MESURES CORRECTIVES La protection anti-surchauffe est activée. Inspectez le radiateur de garage et vérifiez que les entrées et sorties d’air ne sont pas bouchées, car cela pourrait causer une surchauffe. Éteignez le disjoncteur du radiateur pendant 30 minutes et laissez l'appareil refroidir. Rallumez l’appareil. Le disjoncteur s’est déclenché.
