INTRODUCTION, SAFETY, AND WARNINGS ABOUT THIS MANUAL: This manual was written to help you get the most performance, comfort, enjoyment and safety when riding your new off-road electric scooter. It is important for you to understand your new off-road electric scooter. By reading this manual before you or your child go out on your first ride, you will know how to get the most from your new off-road electric scooter.
Always wear appropriate clothing and shoes, including long sleeved shirts and long pants and lace-up or similar shoes with rubber soles. Never ride barefoot or in sandals and make sure that shoelaces or other fasteners are tied and kept away from the wheels and drive system of the off-road electric scooter. RIDER USE AND REQUIRED PARENTAL SUPERVISION RIDERS MUST NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 220 lb (100 kg). The age grade for the off-road electric scooter is for ages 14 and older.
• Children must be supervised by an adult to be safe. • Always be alert and ride your off-road electric scooter defensively. Watch out for obstacles that could catch one of the off-road electric scooter’s wheels or force you to turn suddenly and/or lose control. Be careful to avoid pedestrians, persons using other wheeled products (including roller or in-line skates, skateboards, scooters, bikes, etc.), children or animals who may enter your path. Always respect the rights and property of others.

USING THE CHARGER The charger should be examined regularly for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. In the event such damage has occurred, the off-road electric scooter should not be charged until the charger has been repaired by qualified personnel or replaced. Use only the supplied, recommended charger. Always use caution when charging. The charger is not a toy and should be operated by an adult.

ASSEMBLY Scooter Body and Front Fork Assembly Tools Required: 13mm wrench & 17mm wrench (not included) 1 Insert the stem (assembled with the front fork, front wheel and the steerer tube already) into the scooter body as shown. Note: Make sure the cable wires are smooth and out of the way before inserting (to avoid kinks or breakage) 2 Align the holes A & B, and insert a bolt (M10x120m) into each and securely tighten the bolts with 13mm and 17mm wrench from the left and right sides at the same time.
Handlebar Assembly Tools Required: 5mm Allen Key (included). Attach the handlebar onto the handlebar steerer tube as shown, and tighten the handlebar in the handlebar clamp (tighten the four bolts with the included 5mm Allen Key). Note: Make sure that cable wires are smooth and out of the way before attaching the handlebar. Note: The thread area on the handlebar must be covered by the handlebar clamp.
Charging the Battery Your off-road electric scooter may not have a fully charged battery. Therefore it is a good idea to charge the battery prior to use. Initial charge time: 18 hours, and never charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Recharge time: up to 12 hours, and never charge the battery longer than 30 hours. When the off-road electric scooter is not in regular use, recharge the battery at least once a month until normal use is resumed. Run time: Up to 45 minutes of continuous ride time.

Chargers have built-in overcharge protection to prevent the battery from being over-charged. Charger will get warm during use. This is normal for some chargers and is no cause for concern. Battery: Always make sure the power switch is in the “off” position whenever the off-road electric scooter is not in use. Never store the product in outdoor conditions, never store it in the rain, and never store the product in freezing or below freezing temperatures. These low temperatures will permanently damage the battery. WARNING Always ensure that you are in a safe open area to ride before you engage the throttle.
Front Wheel Replacement Tools required: 12mm wrench & 17mm wrench (not included) 1. Using a 12mm wrench and a 17mm wrench, loosen the front wheel axle and cap nut the same time as shown. 2. Draw the front wheel axle out to replace the front wheel. Note: Front Wheel Hardware Sequence: A. Cap Nut B. Long Spacers C. Axle D.
Chain, Rear Brake and Rear Wheel Replacement Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, 8mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 12mm wrench and 17mm wrench (not included). 1. With a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the four screws in the chain guard and remove the chain guard. 2. Use a Philips Screwdriver and a 8mm wrench to loosen the disconnect the brake housing anchor. (Note: Keep the spacer and washers together). 3. With a 10mm wrench, loosen the brake cable anchor and disconnect the cable.
Remove rear wheel for replacement (or replace with new rear brake or new chain at this time). Note: Rear wheel hardware sequence A. Cap Nut E. Rear Wheel Axle B. 6 Type Spacer F. Rear Wheel C. Rear Brake G. Long Spacer D. Short Spacer 7. Slide the rear axle into the new rear wheel together with other hardware (and make sure that all hardware follows the sequence in the illustration). Maneuver the new chain onto the small sprocket of the motor first (see fig.
11. Tighten the 4 screws on the chain guard with a Phillips screwdriver. Adjust Chain Tightness 1. Use a Philips Screwdriver to loosen the brake housing anchor (do not remove) 2. Use a 12mm and a 17mm wrench to loosen the rear wheel axle on the left and right sides at the same time, and then slightly move the rear axle back or forward along the slots in the rear forks to get the right chain tightness. Get the two 6 type washers to hold point A (left and right) as shown.
Battery Care and Disposal Do not store the battery in temperatures above 75°F (23.5°C) or below 32°F(0°C). THIS Off-road electric scooter CONTAINS SEALED LEAD ACID BATTERIES WHICH MUST BE RECYCLED IN ACCORDANCE TO YOUR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS: Disposal: This product contains sealed lead acid batteries which must be disposed or recycled in an environmentally safe manner. Do not dispose of the batteries in your household trash.
Charger The charger supplied with the off-road electric scooter should be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. WARRANTY Limited Warranty Subject to the following limitations, all off-road electric scooters manufactured for Dynacraft are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. No other express or implied warranty is given. Dynacraft will replace without charge those component parts that are determined by Dynacraft to be defective in materials or manufacture under normal use and service during the warranty period.
