PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST
AFTER EVERY USE
1- Unplug and inspect power cord
2- Wash machine thoroughly and wipe down
3- Disassemble the cutter blade bell by using the
hook wrench (illustrated below -#9388) following
the arrow direction
4- Clean and wash all accessories and check that there is
no residue remaining
5 For the pump (#TB030), make sure to rinse hose(s)
thoroughly. Check the general condition
of the cutter blade bell before storing
ANNUALLY
1- Check the condition of the following transmission parts:
• Motor drive belt (#0625) for deterioration, wear and tension
• Pulleys (#9362 and #9363)
• Bearing accessories and replace if necessary
2- Check the height adjustment and guidance system
3- Check safety switch (#9373)
4- Check all caster wheels and brakes
5- Check the operation of the control box
(on/off switch, emergency stop and variable speed control)
MONTHLY
1- Check the condition of the coupling accessory (#9357 and #9380)
2- Check the condition of joint, lip rings and
waterproof seal (#0639, #0662 and #0665)
3- Check the wear of the active parts of the accessories:
• Knife (#9356) of the mixer bell attachment (#TB012)
• Hammer blade (#08999920)
of the blender bell attachment (#TB004)
• Tines of the whip tool attachment (#TB003)
4- Sharpen knife (#9356) if necessary
5- Check tightness of screws
