PS DEFIB CHARGE
SHORT
Paddle set keys are stuck. Replace the paddle set or
MFC.
PS DEFIB RECORDER
SHORT
Paddle set keys are stuck. Replace the paddle set or
MFC.
PS DEFIB FIRE SHORT Paddle set keys are stuck. Replace the paddle set or
MFC.
PRINTER OFFLINE Printer module is off-line. If it remains off-line, try
checking the connectors or
power to the printer. If it
persists, replace the printer
module.
PRINTER OUT OF PAPER If there is paper in the
device, probably a paper
sensor problem.
Replace the printer module.
PRINTER PLATEN OPEN If printer door is closed,
probably a problem with the
micro switch.
Replace the printer module.
ECG DEVICE FAILURE ECG software detected a
problem with the ECG data
that is most likely a hardware
issue.
Replace the main board.
TEMP DEVICE FAILURE Temp software detected a
problem with the
temperature data that is
most likely a hardware issue.
Replace the main board.
TEMP PROBE1 SHORTED An A/D value was detected
that indicated the probe was
shorted.
Replace the temperature
probe or adapter cable. If
problem persists, replace
the right side panel.
TEMP PROBE2 SHORTED An A/D value was detected
that indicated the probe was
shorted.
Replace the temperature
probe or adapter cable. If
problem persists, replace
the right side panel.
TEMP1 CIRCUIT FAILURE The software detected an
out-of-range A/D converter.
Remove probe, power
cycle. If problem persists,
replace main board.
TEMP2 CIRCUIT FAILURE The software detected an
out-of-range A/D converter.
Remove probe, power
cycle. If problem persists,
replace main board.
