Unpack
the
subwoofer
on
a cushioned
surface such
as
a
carpet
or
rug.
0 Open the carton from the
top
and
remove
the
subwoofer
accessories. Do
not
remove
the
upper
element
of
the
internal packaging.
e
Rotate
the
carton
onto
its
side
and
rotate
again
to
tum
it
upside-down
.
e Lift
the
carton
away
and
remove
the
packaging
to
reveal
the
underside
of
the subwoofer.
0 Rotate the subwoofer on to its side
and
again
to
turn it
onto
its
feet. The
remaining
packaging
can
be
removed
followed
by
the plastic bag.

Installing
Foot

Your
subwoofer
is
supplied
with spike
and
rubber
foot
options

Screw
the
desired feet
into
the
tapped
holes in
the
underside
of
the
subwoofer.
Position

corner:
maximum
bass
volume
level but inconsistent
bass
distribution
through
the
listening room.
e Wall: considerable
bass
vol
ume
but
some
bass

onsistency (less than
with
corner
placement).

Free
standing:
most
consistent
bass
distribution
through
the room
but

volume
compared
to
corner
and

that offers
the
best
bass
performance

magnetic
interference ensure

distance
of
at
least 1 metre between
the
subwoofe
r and any CRT screens.

incorporates filter presets

Dynaudio speaker models.
If
the
subwoofer
is
to
be
used
with
one
of

listed, select it

configure
the
filter. If

dio
model

not
listed,
or
your
subwoofer
is
to
be
used
wi
th
an alternative
manufacturer's speakers, select
the
generic filter preset closest
to
the
speaker's
-6dB
low frequency
cut-off.

subwoofer

used

LFE channel in a
home
theatre
system
select
