All the files saved in the player will be deleted during formatting. You must backup the data
before formatting. There are three ways to format.

Find the removable disk in My Computer and click the right button on the mouse. Then
select the format. Make sure it should be selected only FAT16 or FAT32.

In case of MSC, removing the cable without following instruction may cause the fatal error
in PC or the product.
1. Double click on the green arrow on the right-bottom part of initial Window screen like
a below picture.
2. Click on Stop and OK after selecting “USB Mass Storage Device”
3. Select the“Tuny9 … Device” and Click on Stop.
4. Click on OK on “Safety removal of the hardware” message bar followed by cable
removal.
Check the hidden icon if Icon does not appear on the right-bottom part of initial Window
screen.
