E-flite DRACO 2.0m Standard Transmitter Setup Details for Pre-Programmed Model Files
When using our standard 6 and 7 channel transmitter setups, the light controller is connected to channel 5/gear in the receiver and is assigned to the three-
position B switch on your transmitter so you can toggle between three of the seven available light modes. On 8+ channel transmitters, channel 5/gear can be
assigned to a rotary knob or slider so you can toggle between all seven light modes (also recommended if you prefer to control the lights independently of the
optional-use SAFE Select/flight modes).
The optional-use motor reversing requires a 7+ channel transmitter. Motor reversing defaults to channel 7/aux 2 and is assigned to the two-position A switch
when using our standard 7 and 8+ channel transmitter setups.
If you enable optional-use SAFE Select/flight modes with 6 and 7 channel transmitters, that will also need to be assigned to channel 5/gear and switch B. This
means toggling between the SAFE Select and AS3X flight modes will also toggle the three light modes accordingly (as listed in the chart below). On 8+ channel
transmitters, channel 8/aux 3 can be assigned to switch B or any other available switch you would like to use for SAFE Select/flight modes.
