Installation
Only use the fl oats if you are comfortable fl ying your aircraft and have repeatedly taken
off, fl own and landed with success. Flying off water poses a higher risk to the airplane
because the electronics can fail if they come in contact with water.
• Refer to your airplane manual for tips about taxiing, takeoff and landing on water.
• Replacement parts are available. Refer to the parts list for more information
• The strut brackets can be moved forward or backward for use with other aircraft.
Float Assembly
1. Install the front (A) and rear (B) strut brackets in the correct position for your
aircraft. Secure them with the included screws. See illustration 1 for the correct
Carbon-Z Cessna and Cub bracket location.
2. Install the front and rear horizontal struts, included with the wire mounting set for
your aicraft, through the strut brackets on the fl oat as shown in illustration 2. Loosely
tighten the screws against the fl at spots on the struts.
3. Install the water rudder shaft (C) through the rudder bracket (D) and the steering arm
(E) as shown in illustration 3. Tighten the steering arm screw (F) against the fl at spot
on the rudder shaft to secure the rudder shaft in the bracket. Connect the clevis to the
outermost hole in the rudder steering arm. Ensure the fl oat rudder is centered when
the transmitter’s rudder stick is at neutral so the aircraft steers straight in the water. If
needed, adjust the length of the linkage by turning the clevis on the linkage.
4. Install the front struts (5mm wire) on the fl oat set by placing them into the center hole
of the front bracket. See illustrations 4 and 5. Secure the struts into place by loosely
tightening the screws in the brackets. The front struts should angle forward toward the
front of the aircraft.
5. Install the rear struts (3mm wire) on the fl oat set by placing them into the front hole of
the rear bracket. Secure the struts into place by loosely tightening the screws in the
brackets. The rear struts should angle backward toward the rear of the aircraft.
6. If the wire mounting set for your aircraft includes them, install the angled support
struts (G) to the strut brackets by placing them into the rear hole of the front bracket,
as shown in illustration 5. Secure the struts into place by loosely tightening the
screws in the brackets. The angled supports are included in the Carbon-Z Cessna wire
mounting set, but not in the Carbon-Z Cub mounting set.
Do not fully tighten the screws to the struts until the fl oats are installed on your aircraft.
Continue to the installation for your particular aircraft.
Installing the fl oats on the Carbon-Z Cessna
1. Remove the radio and battery hatches.
2. Disconnect the nose wheel pushrod from the rudder servo horn. Leave the pushrod
connected to the nose gear.
3. Invert the aircraft and remove the main landing gear from the fuselage.
4. Remove the nose gear block (H) by removing the 2 screws (I) located in the battery
compartment (illustration 6), from the top, and pulling the block, with the nose gear
pushrod attached, from the bottom of the fuselage (illustration 7).
5. Insert the front fl oat block (J) as shown in illustration 8 and secure using the 2 screws
removed in step 4.
6. Insert the front and rear fl oat struts into their respective slots in the bottom of the
fuselage. Insert the top end of the angled support struts into the holes in the bottom of
the fuselage. Secure the struts and supports into place with the front and back strut
covers and screws as shown in illustration 9.
7. Secure the servo wire on the top of the fl oat, to the rear struts and to the bottom of the
fuselage using waterproof tape as shown in illustration 10.
8. Insert the water rudder servo plug into the port in the bottom of the fuselage as shown
in illustration 11.
9. Tighten all of the screws in the strut brackets.
10. Replace the battery and radio hatches on the fuselage.
Removal of the fl oats is done in the reverse order of installation.
Installing the fl oats on the Carbon-Z Cub
1. Remove the radio and battery hatches and invert the aircraft.
2. Remove the main landing gear from the fuselage by removing the landing gear straps.
3. Apply CA to the included scoops and permanently install them over the fuselage holes
as shown in illustration 12 with the openings facing the rear of the fuselage.
4. Insert the front and rear fl oat struts into their respective slots in the bottom of the
fuselage as shown in illustration 13.
5. Reinstall the left and right front landing gear straps (K) in the respective fuselage slots
using 2 screws each. Note they are marked L and R.
6. Secure the servo wire from the top of the fl oat to the rear struts and to the bottom of
the fuselage using waterproof tape as shown in illustration 14.
7. Insert the water rudder servo plug through the bottom of the fuselage. Pull excess wire
into the fuselage and seal the hole with silicone sealant.
8. Inside the fuselage, remove the aircraft’s rudder servo connector from the rudder
port of the receiver. Insert the single connector end of the included Y-harness into the
rudder port of the receiver.
9. Connect the water rudder servo connector and the aircraft rudder servo connector to
either side of the Y-harness.
10. Tighten all of the screws in the strut brackets.
11. Replace the battery and radio hatches on the fuselage.
Removal of the fl oats is done in the reverse order of installation.
IMPORTANT: Clean and lubricate fl oat set parts as needed. Always ensure the rudder and
linkage move freely. Ensure the spring on the rudder returns the rudder to its lowest position
before placing your aircraft in the water. Failure to do so may result in loss of control.
Tip: Apply a small amount of waterproof glue or silicone sealant to the screws to prevent
loosening and corrosion.

Montage
Schwimmer nur verwenden, wenn die Flugeigenschaften des Flugzeugs bekannt sind
und mehrere Starts, Flüge und Landungen erfolgreich durchgeführt wurden. Das Starten
von Gewässern stellt ein größeres Risiko für das Flugzeug dar, da die Elektronik ausfallen
kann, wenn sie mit dem Wasser in Berührung kommt.
• Siehe Handbuch des Flugzeugs zu Tipps bezüglich Rollen, Starten und Landen auf Wasser.
• Ersatzteile sind erhältlich. Siehe Teileliste zu weiteren Informationen
• Die Verstrebungshalterungen können zur Verwendung mit anderen Flugzeugen nach
vorne oder nach hinten bewegt werden.
Montage des Schwimmers
1. Die vordere (A) und hintere (B) Verstrebungshalterung in die für das Flugzeug korrekte
Position montieren. Diese mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben sichern. Siehe Abbildung1
für die korrekte Position der Carbon-Z Cessna und Cub Halterung.
2. Die dem Kabelbefestigungssatz für das Flugzeug beigelegten vorderen und hinteren
Horizontalverstrebungen durch die Verstrebungshalterungen an den Schwimmern
montieren, wie in Abbildung2 dargestellt. Die Schrauben lose gegen die fl achen Stellen
auf den Verstrebungen festziehen.
3. Die Ruderwelle (C) durch die Ruderhalterung (D) und dem Steuerarm (E) montieren, wie
in Abbildung3 dargestellt. Die Schraube (F) am Steuerarm gegen die fl ache Stelle an
der Ruderwelle festziehen, um die Ruderwelle in der Halterung zu sichern. Den Gabelkopf
mit dem äußersten Loch auf dem Steuerarm des Ruders verbinden. Sicherstellen, dass
das Schwimmer-Ruder mittig ist, wenn der Steuerknüppel des Senders in Neutral
steht, sodass das Flugzeug gerade auf dem Wasser steuert. Bei Bedarf die Länge des
Gestänges durch Drehen des Gabelkopfes auf dem Gestänge anpassen.
4. Die vorderen Verstrebungen (5mm Draht) auf dem Schwimmersatz montieren, indem
sie in das mittlere Loch der vorderen Halterung platziert werden. Siehe Abbildungen
4 und 5. Die Verstrebungen durch loses Festziehen der Schrauben in den Halterungen
festziehen. Die vorderen Verstrebungen stehen in einem Winkel nach vorn von der
Vorderseite des Flugzeugs ab.
5. Die hintere Verstrebungen (3mm Draht) auf dem Schwimmersatz montieren, indem sie in
das vordere Loch der hinteren Halterung platziert werden. Die Verstrebungen durch loses
Festziehen der Schrauben in den Halterungen festziehen. Die hinteren Verstrebungen
stehen in einem Winkel nach hinten von der Hinterseite des Flugzeugs ab.
6. Sind diese im Kabelbefestigungssatz des Flugzeugs enthalten, dann die gewinkelten
Stützverstrebungen (G) an den Verstrebungshalterungen montieren, indem sie in das
hintere Loch der vorderen Halterung platziert werden, wie in Abbildung 5 dargestellt. Die
Verstrebungen durch loses Festziehen der Schrauben in den Halterungen festziehen. Die
gewinkelten Stützverstrebungen sind im Kabelbefestigungssatz der Carbon-Z Cessna
enthalten, aber nicht im Befestigungssatz der Carbon-Z Cub.
Die Schrauben nicht vollständig auf den Verstrebungen festziehen, bis die Schwimmer
auf dem Flugzeug montiert sind. Mit der Montage des jeweiligen Flugzeugs fortfahren.
Die Schwimmer an der Carbon-Z Cessna montieren
1. Funk- und Akku-Abdeckungen entfernen.
2. Das Gestänge des Bugrads vom Servohorn des Ruders trennen. Gestänge am
Bugfahrwerk verbunden lassen.
3. Flugzeug umdrehen und das Hauptfahrwerk vom Rumpf trennen.
4. Die Bugfahrwerkgruppe (H) durch Entfernen der 2 Schrauben (I) entfernen, die sich auf
dem Batteriefach befi nden (Abbildung 6), von oben, und durch Ziehen der Gruppe mit
befestigtem Gestänge des Bugfahrwerks aus der Unterseite des Rumpfs (Abbildung7).
5. Die vordere Schwimmergruppe (J) laut Darstellung in Abbildung8 einführen und mit
den in Schritt4 entfernten 2Schrauben sichern.
6. Die vorderen und hinteren Schwimmerverstrebungen in ihre jeweiligen Schlitze auf der
Unterseite des Rumpfs einführen. Das obere Ende der gewinkelten Stützstreben in die
Löcher auf der Unterseite des Rumpfs einführen. Die Verstrebungen und Stützen mit den
Abdeckungen der vorderen und hinteren Verstrebung und Schrauben laut Darstellung in
Abbildung9 sichern.
7. Den Servodraht auf der Oberseite des Schwimmers, an den hinteren Verstrebungen
und auf der Unterseite des Rumpfs mit wasserdichtem Klebeband sichern, wie in
Abbildung10 dargestellt.
8. Den Servostecker des Wasserruders in den Anschluss auf der Unterseite des Rumpfs laut
Darstellung in Abbildung11 einstecken.
9. Alle Schrauben in den Verstrebungshalterungen festziehen.
10. Die Akku- und Funkabdeckungen auf dem Rumpf wieder aufsetzen.
Das Entfernen der Schwimmer erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zur Montage.
Die Schwimmer an der Carbon-Z Cub montieren
1. Funk- und Akku-Abdeckungen entfernen und Flugzeug umdrehen.
2. Das Hauptfahrwerk vom Rumpf durch Entfernen der Fahrwerkbänder entfernen.
3. CA-Kleber auf die mitgelieferten Lufthutzen auftragen und diese dauerhaft über den
Löchern im Rumpf montieren, wie in Abbildung12 dargestellt, wobei die Öffnungen
auf die Rückseite des Rumpfs weisen.
4. Die vorderen und hinteren Schwimmerverstrebungen in ihre jeweiligen Schlitze auf
der Unterseite des Rumpfs einführen, wie in Abbildung13 dargestellt.
5. Die rechten und linken Bänder (K) des vorderen Fahrwerks in den entsprechenden
Schlitzen des Rumpfs mit jeweils 2Schrauben montieren. Hinweis: Sie sind mit L
und R markiert.
6. Den Servodraht von der Oberseite des Schwimmers, an den hinteren Verstrebungen
und auf der Unterseite des Rumpfs mit wasserdichtem Klebeband sichern, wie in
Abbildung14 dargestellt.
7. Den Servostecker des Wasserruders durch die Unterseite des Rumpfs einführen.
Überschüssigen Draht in den Rumpf ziehen und das Loch mit einem Silikondichtstoff
verschließen.
8. Im Rumpf den Servostecker des Flugzeugruders vom Ruderanschluss des
Empfängers entfernen. Das Ende des Einzelsteckers des mitgelieferten
Y-Kabelbaums in den Ruderanschluss des Empfängers stecken.
9. Den Servostecker des Wasserruders und den Servostecker des Flugzeugruders mit
einer der Seiten des Y-Kabelbaums verbinden.
10. Alle Schrauben in den Verstrebungshalterungen festziehen.
11. Die Akku- und Funkabdeckungen auf dem Rumpf wieder aufsetzen.
Das Entfernen der Schwimmer erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zur Montage.
WICHTIG: Die Teile des Schwimmersatzes bei Bedarf reinigen und schmieren. Immer
sicherstellen, dass sich Ruder und Gestänge frei bewegen können. Sicherstellen, dass
die Feder auf dem Ruder das Ruder in seine niedrigste Position zurückbringt, ehe das
Flugzeug auf das Wasser gesetzt wird. Wird dies nicht vorgenommen, kann dies zum
Kontrollverlust führen.
Tipp: Eine kleine Menge wasserfesten Klebstoff oder Silikondichtstoff auf die Schrauben
auftragen, um ein Lösen oder Korrosion zu vermeiden.
Installazione
Usare i galleggianti solo se si ha dimestichezza con l'uso del velivolo, il decollo e
l'atterraggio. Il decollo dall'acqua comporta seri rischi per l'aereo, poiché l'elettronica può
guastarsi se entra in contatto con l'acqua.
• Consultare il manuale dell'aereo per trovare consigli su rullaggio, decollo e atterraggio
sull'acqua.
• Sono disponibili parti di ricambio. Per ottenere maggiori informazioni, consultare
l'apposito elenco.
• Le staffe possono essere spostate avanti o indietro per essere usate con altri velivoli.
Set galleggianti
1. Installare le staffe anteriori (A) e posteriori (B) nella posizione corretta per il proprio
velivolo. Fissarle con le viti fornite in dotazione. La fi gura 1 mostra la posizione
corretta delle staffe su Carbon-Z Cessna e Cub.
2. Inserire i montanti orizzontali anteriori e posteriori inclusi nel set di montaggio dei
tiranti per il proprio velivolo attraverso le staffe sui galleggianti, come illustrato nella
fi gura 2. Stringere leggermente le viti sui punti piani dei montanti.
3. Inserire l'albero del timone (C) attraverso l'apposita staffa (D) e il braccio di asse del
timone (E) come illustrato nella fi gura 3. Stringere la vite del braccio di asse del timone
(F) sul punto piano dell'albero del timone per fi ssare lo stesso nella staffa. Inserire il
perno a forcella nel foro posto nel punto più esterno del braccio di asse del timone.
Accertarsi che il timone dei galleggianti sia in posizione centrale quando lo stick del
timone sulla trasmittente si trova in posizione neutra, in modo che il velivolo proceda
nell'acqua con traiettoria rettilinea. Se necessario, regolare la lunghezza del comando
ruotando il perno a forcella sul comando stesso.
4. Installare i montanti anteriori (tirante da 5 mm) sui galleggianti inserendoli nel foro
centrale della staffa anteriore. V. fi gure 4 e 5. Fissare i montanti in posizione allentando
leggermente le viti nelle staffe. I montanti anteriori devono essere rivolti avanti verso la
parte anteriore del velivolo.
5. Installare i montanti posteriori (tirante da 3 mm) sui galleggianti inserendoli nel foro
centrale della staffa posteriore. Fissare i montanti in posizione allentando leggermente
le viti nelle staffe. I montanti posteriori devono essere rivolti indietro verso la parte
posteriore del velivolo.
6. Se inclusi nel set di montaggio dei tiranti per il proprio velivolo, installare i montanti
angolari (G) nelle staffe inserendoli nel foro posteriore della staffa anteriore, come
illustrato nella fi gura 5. Fissare i montanti in posizione allentando leggermente le
viti nelle staffe. I supporti angolari sono inclusi nel set di montaggio dei tiranti del
Carbon-Z Cessna, ma non in quello del Carbon-Z Cub.
Non stringere completamente le viti sui montanti fi no al montaggio dei galleggianti sul
velivolo. Procedere all'installazione specifi ca per il proprio velivolo.
Installazione dei galleggianti nel Carbon-Z Cessna
1. Rimuovere lo sportello della radio e quello del vano batteria.
2. Staccare l'asta di comando della ruota anteriore dalla squadretta del servo del timone.
Lasciare al suo posto l'asta di comando collegata al carrello anteriore.
3. Capovolgere il velivolo e staccare il carrello d'atterraggio principale dalla fusoliera.
4. Sganciare il blocco del carrello anteriore (H) rimuovendo le 2 viti (I) poste nello
scomparto batteria (fi gura 6) dall'alto ed estraendo il blocco, con l'asta di comando del
carrello anteriore attaccata, dal ventre della fusoliera (fi gura 7).
5. Inserire il blocco anteriore dei galleggianti (J), come illustrato nella fi gura 8, e fi ssarlo
usando le 2 viti rimosse al punto 4.
6. Inserire i montanti anteriori e posteriori dei galleggianti nelle rispettive sedi nel ventre
della fusoliera. Inserire l'estremità superiore dei montanti angolari nei fori nel ventre della
fusoliera. Fissare i montanti e i supporti in posizione con le coperture anteriori e posteriori
e le relative viti, come illustrato nella fi gura 9.
7. Fissare il cavo del servo nella parte superiore del galleggiante, ai montanti posteriori e al
ventre della fusoliera usando nastro resistente all'acqua, come illustrato nella fi gura 10.
8. Inserire il connettore del servo del timone nella presa nel ventre della fusoliera, come
illustrato nella fi gura 11.
9. Stringere tutte le viti nelle staffe.
10. Rimettere lo sportello della radio e quello del vano batteria nella fusoliera.
Seguire la procedura inversa per rimuovere i galleggianti.
Installazione dei galleggianti nel Carbon-Z Cub
1. Rimuovere lo sportello della radio e quello del vano batteria e capovolgere il velivolo.
2. Sganciare il carrello d'atterraggio principale dalla fusoliera rimuovendo le fascette del
carrello.
3. Applicare colla cianoacrilica nelle prese d'aria fornite in dotazione e installarle in modo
permanente sopra i fori nella fusoliera, come illustrato nella fi gura 12 con le aperture
rivolte verso la parte posteriore della fusoliera.
4. Inserire i montanti anteriori e posteriori dei galleggianti nelle rispettive sedi nel ventre
della fusoliera, come illustrato nella fi gura 13.
5. Rimettere le fascette anteriori destra e sinistra del carrello d'atterraggio (K) nelle
rispettive sedi nella fusoliera usando 2 viti per ognuna. Si noti che sono contrassegnate
dalle lettere L e R.
6. Fissare il cavo del servo dalla parte superiore del galleggiante ai montanti posteriori e al
ventre della fusoliera usando nastro resistente all'acqua, come illustrato nella fi gura 14.
7. Inserire il connettore del servo del timone attraverso il ventre della fusoliera. Infi lare il
cavo in eccesso all'interno della fusoliera e sigillare il foro con silicone.
8. All'interno della fusoliera, rimuovere il connettore del servo del timone del velivolo dalla
presa del timone sulla ricevente. Inserire l'estremità del connettore singolo del cavo a Y
fornito in dotazione nella presa del timone sulla ricevente.
9. Inserire il connettore del servo del timone e il connettore del servo del direzionale del
velivolo al rispettivo lato del cavo a Y.
10. Stringere tutte le viti nelle staffe.
11. Rimettere lo sportello della radio e quello del vano batteria nella fusoliera.
Seguire la procedura inversa per rimuovere i galleggianti.
IMPORTANTE: se necessario, pulire e lubrifi care i componenti dei galleggianti. Accertarsi
sempre che il timone e il comando si muovano liberamente. Accertarsi che la molla sul
timone riporti lo stesso completamente in basso prima di posizionare il velivolo sull'acqua.
L'inosservanza di questa indicazione può causare la perdita di controllo.
Consiglio: applicare una piccola quantità di colla resistente all'acqua o di silicone
sigillante sulle viti per impedirne l'allentamento e la corrosione.
Installation
Utilisez les fl otteurs uniquement lorsque vous maîtrisez le pilotage de votre avion et
après plusieurs décollages, vols et atterrissages réussis. Le pilotage au-dessus de l’eau
présente un risque accru pour l’avion, car les composants électroniques peuvent tomber
en panne en cas de contact avec l’eau.
• Reportez-vous au manuel de votre appareil pour obtenir des conseils relatifs au roulage
au sol, au décollage et à l'atterrissage sur l'eau.

d'informations
• Les fi xations de haubans peuvent être déplacées vers l'avant ou l'arrière afi n d'être
utilisées avec d'autres appareils.
Assemblage des fl otteurs
1. Installez les fi xations de haubans avant (A) et arrière (B) dans la position qui convient
pour votre appareil. Fixez-les à l'aide des vis fournies. Consultez l'illustration 1 pour voir
l'emplacement correct des fi xations sur le Carbon-Z Cessna et le Carbon-Z Cub.
2. Installez les haubans horizontaux avant et arrière fournis avec l'ensemble pour montage
de câbles de votre appareil, à travers les fi xations de haubans du fl otteur, comme montré
dans l'illustration 2. Serrez légèrement les vis contre les méplats sur les haubans.
3. Installez l'arbre du gouvernail marin (C) à travers la fi xation du gouvernail (D) et le bras
de direction (E) comme montré dans l'illustration 3. Serrez la vis du bras de direction
(F) contre le méplat de l'arbre du gouvernail pour attacher ce dernier dans la fi xation.
Raccordez la chape à l'orifi ce le plus à l'extérieur dans le bras de direction du gouvernail.
Assurez-vous que le gouvernail du fl otteur est centré lorsque le manche de direction
de l'émetteur est au point mort afi n que l'avion avance tout droit sur l'eau. Au besoin,
ajustez la longueur de la tringlerie en tournant la chape sur celle-ci.
4. Installez les haubans avant (câble de 5mm) sur l'ensemble de fl otteurs en les plaçant
dans l'orifi ce central de la fi xation avant. Voir les illustrations 4 et 5. Fixez les haubans
en serrant légèrement les vis dans les fi xations. Les haubans avant doivent former un
angle avant vers l'avant de l'appareil.
5. Installez les haubans arrière (câble de 3mm) sur l'ensemble de fl otteurs en les plaçant
dans l'orifi ce avant de la fi xation arrière. Fixez les haubans en serrant légèrement les vis
dans les fi xations. Les haubans arrière doivent former un angle arrière vers l'arrière de
l'appareil.
6. Si des haubans de soutien obliques (G) sont fournis dans l'ensemble pour montage
de câbles de votre appareil, installez-les sur les fi xations de haubans en les plaçant
dans l'orifi ce arrière de la fi xation avant, comme montré dans l'illustration 5. Fixez
les haubans en serrant légèrement les vis dans les fi xations. Les haubans de soutien
obliques sont fournis dans l'ensemble pour montage de câbles du Carbon-Z Cessna,
mais pas dans celui du Carbon-Z Cub.
Ne serrez pas à fond les vis sur les haubans avant l'installation des fl otteurs sur votre appareil.
Procédez à l'installation en suivant les consignes fournies pour votre modèle d'avion.
Installation des fl otteurs sur le Carbon-Z Cessna
1. Retirez les trappes de la radio et de la batterie.
2. Déconnectez la barre de liaison de la roue avant du guignol du servo de direction.
Laissez la barre de liaison raccordée au train avant.
3. Retournez l'avion et retirez le train d’atterrissage principal du fuselage.
4. Enlevez le bloc du train avant (H) en retirant les deux vis (I) situées dans le
compartiment de la batterie (illustration 6), à partir du haut, et en tirant sur le bloc,
avec la barre de liaison du train avant attachée, à partir du dessous du fuselage
(illustration 7).
5. Insérez le bloc du fl otteur avant (J) comme montré dans l'illustration 8 et fi xez-le à
l'aide des deux vis retirées à l'étape 4.
6. Insérez les haubans de fl otteurs avant et arrière dans leurs fentes respectives en
dessous du fuselage. Insérez l'extrémité supérieure des haubans de soutien obliques
dans les orifi ces situés en dessous du fuselage. Installez les haubans et supports avec
les couvercles et vis de haubans avant et arrière comme montré dans l'illustration 9.
7. Fixez le câble du servo sur le dessus du fl otteur, aux haubans arrière et en dessous
du fuselage, au moyen de ruban adhésif résistant à l'eau comme montré dans
l'illustration 10.
8. Insérez la fi che du servo du gouvernail marin dans l'orifi ce situé en dessous du
fuselage comme montré dans l'illustration 11.
9. Serrez toutes les vis dans les fi xations de haubans.
10. Remettez en place les trappes de batterie et de radio sur le fuselage.
Le retrait des fl otteurs s'effectue en inversant la procédure d'installation.
Installation des fl otteurs sur le Carbon-Z Cub
1. Retirez les trappes de la radio et de la batterie et retournez l'avion.
2. Retirez le train d’atterrissage principal du fuselage en retirant les attaches du train
d'atterrissage.
3. Appliquez de la colle cyanoacrylate sur les défl ecteurs fournis et installez-les
défi nitivement sur les orifi ces du fuselage comme montré dans l'illustration 12, en
orientant les ouvertures vers l'arrière du fuselage.
4. Insérez les haubans de fl otteurs avant et arrière dans leurs fentes respectives en
dessous du fuselage comme montré dans l'illustration 13.
5. Réinstallez les attaches gauche et droite du train d'atterrissage avant (K) dans les
fentes respectives du fuselage en utilisant 2 vis par attache. Notez que ces attaches
portent les marquages L (gauche) et R (droite).
6. Fixez le câble du servo, en partant du dessus du fl otteur, aux haubans arrière et sur
le dessous du fuselage, au moyen de ruban adhésif résistant à l'eau comme montré
dans l'illustration 14.
7. Insérez la fi che du servo du gouvernail marin par le dessous du fuselage. Tirez le câble
en surplus dans le fuselage et bouchez le trou avec un mastic en silicone.
8. À l'intérieur du fuselage, retirez le connecteur du servo de direction de l'avion du port
du gouvernail sur le récepteur. Insérez l'extrémité monoconnecteur du faisceau en Y
fourni dans le port du gouvernail sur le récepteur.
9. Raccordez le connecteur du servo du gouvernail marin et le connecteur du serveur de
direction de l'avion de chaque côté du faisceau en Y.
10. Serrez toutes les vis dans les fi xations de haubans.
11. Remettez en place les trappes de batterie et de radio sur le fuselage.
Le retrait des fl otteurs s'effectue en inversant la procédure d'installation.
IMPORTANT : Nettoyez et lubrifi ez les pièces de l'ensemble de fl otteurs selon le besoin.
Assurez-vous toujours que le gouvernail et la tringlerie se déplacent librement. Assurez-
vous que le ressort du gouvernail renvoie celui-ci vers sa position la plus basse avant
de poser votre avion sur l'eau. Le non-respect de cette procédure peut entraîner une
perte de contrôle.
Astuce: Appliquez une petite quantité de colle ou de mastic en silicone résistants à l'eau
sur les vis pour prévenir leur desserrage et leur corrosion.
