E-MU® Xmidi 1x1 Setting up the Xmidi 1x1 Plug-and-Play • Bus-powered • Ultra-fast MIDI Response Thank you for purchasing the E-MU Xmidi 1x1 USB MIDI interface. The Xmidi 1x1 connects to your computer via USB and provides one MIDI input and one MIDI output. Connect the Xmidi 1x1 to your computer using the attached USB connector. If you use a hub, it must be powered. When properly connected, the Xmidi 1x1 Power LED illuminates when your computer is on and awake.
Using the Xmidi 1x1 Applications The Xmidi 1x1 has one MIDI In and one MIDI Out Port. The Xmidi 1x1 works with any application that requires/utilizes MIDI. 5 3 4 2 1 1. MIDI In Connector (blue) Connect a MIDI device’s output to this 5-pin DIN connector. 2. MIDI Out Connector (black) Connect a MIDI device’s input to this 5-pin DIN connector. 3.
